I was gone for a minute, but now I am back. FRESH LIKE 88 is actually coming soon, and I am too excited. This project has been a dream of mine for the past two years and it is finally happening. I have dreamed about this marketing plan for so long, that I am sure that it is going to be a successful one. I know ya'll been waiting on this for a long time, so I will leave you with a little something. I still can't release any details yet until it is firm, but peep these! Almost the logo.

1.) This damn blog is becoming more and more like another 1980's homage blog!
2.) TRON, as in TRON the movie?
Until the Fresh Like '88 party is back on track, I am just keeping you guys entertained for now. So, with that said, remember Walt Disney BEFORE Pixar came and changed the game? There was TRON.

The release date was July, 1982. I still can't even tell you what the hell this movie is about! Parents saw that it was a Disney film, and thought that it was colorful and great for kids but NO WAY. Even now, I still think this film was about an internet frisbee fight on Ninja motorcycles. Yep that pretty much sums it up for me!

I came across this trailer, and this is the reason why tonight I decided to blog. Wow!

OK, I know it isn't the best video, but currently it is the BEST video out there. This was taken from a teaser to the 2008 Comicon. Crazy thing is, Jeff Bridges plays his original character 26 years later. I'm really looking forward to this project, but it won't be released until 2011. This film will spend 24 months in production, but it will be met with super hype...TRON is a cult classic! Even if no one knows what its about! Joseph Kosinski directed the promo and is currently slated to direct the film.

DEMOCRACY IS A BEAUTIFUL THING

Man, today is so exciting! I am so happy that I was able to participate in the election this morning! I got up at like, 5AM, and was the FOURTH PERSON in line! I know that this was my most educated vote ever, and I am really proud of myself. I am really proud of all of you who voted today. I am most excited to place two key votes in the pin cushion of history. Will we really see our 1st black President? I guess we will find out tomorrow morning. Wow. I can't even believe it. I remember racism, growing up in Chicago, and I think this is absolutely beautiful. Also, a big ass NO ON PROP. 8! What is that bullshit even about!
